GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTERING AND PARTICIPATING AT TEMA RENRUM 2023
1 GENERAL
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms“) apply to the registration for, and participation at Tema Renrum 2023 (“TR”) which RentForum i Norden AB, with registered cooperate Id number 556806-9677 and registered address at Norrbäcksgatan 19, 216 24 Malmö, Sweden (“Rentforum“) is arranging at Scandic Infra City, Upplands Väsby, Sweden. The registration of participants for TR is made on Rentforum.se (“the “Site“”), and information about TR will be provided on the Site.
These Terms shall apply between Rentforum and the Company (the “Company“) which register individual participants to TR. These Terms, together with the Terms of Use which apply to the End-Users’ (as defined below) participation on TR on November 28-29th 2023, set out the terms and conditions on which Renforum will provide registration for, participation on and access to TR, to the Company and End-Users (as defined below). These Terms and the Terms of Use are hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement“.
By accepting this Agreement, you warrant and represent that you have the authority to enter into the Agreement, when registering participants via the registration form on the Site, and thereby bind the Company, which you represent, to this Agreement.
2 Registration for TR
2.1 Registration
In order to participate at TR, the Company is required to fill out the registration form at the Site and receive a confirmation email for the registration. The registration is not completed until the Company receives a formal order confirmation via email once Rentforum has administered the registration. If TR is fully booked at the time the Company register participants, Rentforum will not send an order confirmation, but instead inform the company that the registration could not be made due to fully booked TR. The registration for TR will, if not fully booked, be open until 24th of November 2023.
The Company shall be entitled to register the number of participants as the Company deems necessary to fulfil the Company’s needs. The Company shall register one (1) person per individual participant who will attend TR.
Each individual participant who has registered to TR by the Company will be deemed to be an “End-User” in this Agreement.
Prior 28th of October 2023, the Company may register participant(s) without providing name(s) and email address(es) of the End-User(s) if the Company prior 18th of November 2023 send the name(s) and email address(es) of the End-User(s), together with the order confirmation number, to Rentforum. If the Company send Rentforum the name(s) and email address(es) of the End-User(s) after November 20th 2023, an additional administering fee of SEK 500:- excluding VAT per End-User will be charged.
A registration for TR is binding (non-cancellable), and bound to the registered End-Users which means that an End-User cannot be exchanged during TR.
The Company is not permitted to allow End-Users to share their access to TR, i.e., one (1) End-User may never be more than one (1) individual. Any such use will be considered as a material breach of this Agreement and shall entitle Rentforum to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 13.
The Company agrees to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about the Company and End-Users as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site (“Registration Data“); (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information the Company provides via the Site or via email, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (c) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information the Company provides via the Site or via email.

2.2 Prices and payment
2.2.1 Currency and VAT
All fees and prices presented in this Agreement are in SEK excluding VAT, if not explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2.2 Participation fees
2.2.2.1 Ordinary participation fee 2 days (Both days)
Ordinary participation fee for 2 days at TR is SEK 9 950:- per End-User, and includes participation on both days, November 28th and November 29th 2023, according to the program (with reservation for changes in the program) presented on the Site. An extra administrative fee of SEK 500:- excl. VAT will be added to the participation fee when registering after November 24th 2023. 2.2.2.2 Ordinary participation fee 1 day
The participation fee for 1 day at TR is SEK 8 600:- per End-User, and only applies for participation on one of the days, either November 28th 2023, or November 29th 2023, according to the program (with reservation for changes in the program) presented on the Site. An extra administrative fee of SEK 500:- excl. VAT will be added to the participation fee when registering after November 24th 2023. 2.2.3 Discount
2.2.3.1 Early bird discount
An Early bird discount is applied when the Company registers End-Users prior or between certain dates shown below in this table:

2.2.3.2 Register 3 – pay for 2
“Register 3 – pay for 2” applies, which means that no ordinary participation fee is charged for every third End-User who the Company registers (in one and the same registration), which always is/are the End-User(s) with the lowest participant fee.
2.2.4 Change of End-User
2.2.4.1 Change of End-User prior November 20th 2023
A change of End-User(s) (e.g. due to sick leave, terminated employment, etc.) can be made at no cost prior to November 20th 2023, by sending an email to Rentforum with the name and email address for the new End-User together with the name and email address for the End-User the Company wish to replace, and receiving an email confirming the change.
2.2.4.2 Change of End-User from November 20th 2023 until November 29th 2023
A change of End-User(s) (e.g. due to sick leave, terminated employment, etc.) can be made from November 20th 2023 until the end of the event at an administrative cost of SEK 500:- per replaced End-User, by sending an email to Rentforum with the name and email address for the new End-User together with the name and email address for the End-User the Company wish to replace, and receiving an email confirming the change. The administrative cost also applies if the change of End-User is made during the event at the registration counter.
2.2.5 Refunds
No fees can be refunded since the registration to TR is binding (non-cancellable). The Company will therefore not receive any refund of participation fees if an End-User does not participate at TR, nor if an End-User only participates on parts of TR.
2.2.6 Accommodation is Not included
Accommodation is not included in any fees and is to be arranged and paid for separately by the Company if needed. Please find more information about accommodation on the Site.
2.2.7 Billing
All fees and administrative costs are invoiced upon registration, or after a change of End-User has been made, with 30 day payment terms (default interest 10%).
3 ACCESS TO TR
The registered End-Users will be provided access to TR according to the program found on the Site, depending on if the End-User is registered for both days, or one of the two days. The Company will only be provided access to TR for End-Users of which the Company has an order confirmation for.
The Company is responsible for making sure that each End-User have read and understand the Terms of Use, in order to participate at TR.
Access to the TR is provided “as is.” Rentforum makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise regarding the access to TR, including any warranty that access TR will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, or that any belongings will be secure or not otherwise lost or damaged.
Except to the extent prohibited by law, Rentforum disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising out of any course of dealing or usage of trade.
4 SUSPENSION OF PARTICIPATION AT TR
4.1 Suspension
Rentforum may suspend the Company’s or End-User’s right to access TR immediately if Rentforum determines:
(a) that the Company or an End User’s use of or registration for TR (i) poses a security risk to Rentforum, Rentforum’s suppliers, the TR-event or any third party, (ii) may subject Rentforum or Rentforum’s suppliers or any third party to liability, (iii) may be fraudulent or (iv) Rentforum has reason to believe that End-Users have shared their access to TR with employees or third parties;
(b) the Company or any End-User is in breach of this Agreement, including if the Company is delay with its payment obligations for more than 15 days; or
(c) the Company has ceased to operate in the ordinary course, made an assignment for the benefit of creditors or similar disposition of the Company’s assets, or become the subject of any bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution or similar proceeding.
Further, if Rentforum becomes aware of any violation of the Company’s or an End-User’s obligations under this Agreement, Rentforum is entitled to immediately suspend access to TR, without incurring any liability.
4.2 Effect of Suspension of Access to TR
If Rentforum suspends the Company’s or an End-User’s right to access TR, the Company shall remain responsible for all fees and charges which the Company has incurred through the date of suspension and shall remain responsible for any applicable fees and charges for any registered End-Users of whom continues to have access to TR.
Rentforum’s right to suspend the Company or any End User’s right to access TR is in addition to Rentforum’s right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 13.2.
5 FEEDBACK
If the Company provides Rentforum with feedback or ideas regarding TR or other aspects of Rentforum operations, the Company understands that Rentforum may use the information provided without any obligation to compensate the Company for them. The Company grant Rentforum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, modify, adapt, publish, perform, or derive new works from the feedback as Rentforum choose.
6 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Site and TR may be protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. Any such intellectual property rights remain Rentforum’s property or the property of Rentforum’s licensors or licensees. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are owned by Rentforum and/or Rentforum’s licensors (as the case may be). Rentforum or Rentforum’s licensors reserves all right, title, and interest in and at TR.
The Company may not, and undertakes to ensure that End-Users do not, copy, alter, distribute, display, license, modify or reproduce, reverse assemble, reverse compile (whether digitally, electronically, by linking, or in hard copy or by any means whatsoever) or use any of intellectual property provided at TR without having entered into an agreement with Rentforum or Rentforum’s licensors regulating the right to use such rights, or as may be entitled to under applicable legislation.
Infringement may result in charge and claim for damages.
7 INDEMNIFICATION
The Company will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rentforum and its licensors, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to any third party claim concerning: (a) the Company’s or any End-User’s participation at TR, or (b) breach of this Agreement or violation of applicable law or regulation by the Company or any End User.
8 LIABILITY
The Company shall ensure that any End-User shall comply with the terms of this Agreement to the extent that the provision applies to the End-User and shall be liable for the acts and/or omissions and the fulfilment of obligations of any End-User to the extent not fulfilled by such End-User.
The Company is deemed to acknowledge that the allocation of risk in this Agreement reflects the amount paid for participation on TR and that it is not within Rentforum’s control as to how, and for what purposes, the participation on TR is used by the Company and its End-Users. In no event, therefore, will neither Rentforum nor Rentforum’s suppliers or licensors be liable to the Company for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data), even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages, however caused.
Further, neither Rentforum nor Rentforum’s suppliers or licensors will be responsible for any compensation, reimbursement, or damages arising in connection with: (a) the Company’s inability to participate at TR, including as a result of any (i) termination or suspension of this Agreement or the Company’s or End-User’s participation at TR, (ii) any unanticipated interruptions or delays at TR for any reason, including as a result of power outages, system failures or other interruptions; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services; (c) any investments, expenditures, or commitments made by the Company in connection with this Agreement or the Company’s or End-User’s access to TR; or (d) any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or the deletion, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any of the Company’s or End-User’s content or other data.
If any exclusion, disclaimer or other provision contained in this Agreement is held to be invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction and Rentforum or Rentforum’s suppliers or licensors becomes liable thereby for loss or damage that could otherwise be limited, such liability will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Company.
9 FORCE MAJEURE
Rentforum will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond Rentforum’s reasonable control, including acts of God, labour disputes or other industrial disturbances, systemic electrical, telecommunications, or other utility failures, earthquake, storms or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism, or war.
10 MISCELLANEOUS
10.1 Notices
Rentforum may provide any notice to the Company under this Agreement by: (i) posting a notice on the Site; or (ii) sending a message to the email address associated with the Company’s registration for TR.
The Company may provide any notice to Rentforum under this Agreement by sending a message to info@rentforum.se.
10.2 Entire agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, agreements, or communications between the parties, whether written or verbal, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
10.3 Modifications
Rentforum shall be entitled to modify this Agreement by posting a revised version of this Agreement on the Site or by otherwise notifying the Company. The modified terms will become effective 7 (seven) days after being stated in the posting or in the email message. By continuing to use the Site and participate at TR after the effective date of any modifications to this Agreement, the Company agrees to be bound by the modified terms.
10.4 Assignment
The Company may not assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement without Rentforum’s prior written consent.
10.5 No Waivers
The failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement or rights provide for by law will not constitute a present or future waiver of such provision nor limit a party’s right to enforce such provision at a later time.
10.6 Severability
If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable portions will be interpreted to effect and intent of the original portion. If such construction is not possible, the invalid or unenforceable portion will be severed from this Agreement but the rest of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
11 TERM AND TERMINATION
11.1 Term
The term of this Agreement will commence on the date on which the Company has accepted this Agreement by ticking on the “I agree” button when registering End-Users for TR, and will remain in effect until terminated by the Company or Rentforum in accordance with Section 13.2.
11.2 Termination
11.2.1 Termination for Convenience
Rentforum may terminate this Agreement after mutual written consent from both parties.
11.2.2 Termination for Cause
Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause immediately if there is any material default or breach of this Agreement by the other party, unless the defaulting party has cured the material default or breach within a 10 day notice period.
Rentforum may also terminate this Agreement immediately to the Company if:
(a) any act or omission by the Company or any End-User results in a suspension described in Section 4.1;
(b) if Rentforum’s relationship with a third party partner who provides the venue where Rentforum arranges TR expires, terminates or requires Rentforum to change the way Rentforum provides access to TR and administration related thereto;
(c) if Rentforum believes providing TR could create a substantial economic or technical burden or material security risk for Rentforum or any of its suppliers;
(d) in order to comply with the law or requests of governmental entities; or
(e) if Rentforum determines that TR has become impractical or unfeasible for any legal or regulatory reason.
(f) if any governmental or other restrictions or recommendations will force Rentforum to reduce the amount of End-Users
(f) if Rentforum determines to not arranged TR.
(g) if TR becomes fully booked prior the Companys registration to TR
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon any termination of this Agreement all of the Company’s and End-Users’ rights under this Agreement will immediately terminate and the Company will remain responsible for all fees and charges which the Company has incurred up until the date of termination.
12 GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Governing law
(a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden.
(b) The United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods 1980 (CISG) shall in no event apply to this Agreement.
12.2 Submission to jurisdiction
(a) In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (each a “Dispute“), or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, the parties shall aim to settle the dispute amicably through negotiations. If the parties have not been able to settle the dispute through such negotiations within 3 months following notice from a party to enter into such negotiations, the Dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (“SCC“), unless the SCC in its discretion determines, taking into account the complexity of the case, the amount in dispute and other circumstances, that the Arbitration Rules shall apply. In the latter case, the SCC shall also decide whether the Arbitral Tribunal shall be composed of 1 or 3 arbitrators.
(b) The place of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden, where the award shall be made, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the Swedish language.

TERMS OF USE FOR END-USER
AT TEMA RENRUM 2023
1 Terms of Use
Your employer (the “Company”) and Rentforum AB (“Rentforum“) have entered into an agreement regarding participation at Tema Renrum 2023 November 28-29th 2023 (“TR“), which is arranged at Scandic Infra City. These terms of use (the “ToU“) form part of such agreement, and regulate how you may access and participate at TR. Information about TR will be provided on Rentforum.se (the “Site“).

2 Access to TR
As a registered End-User you will be provided access to TR according to the program found on the Site. Which date(s) you have access depends on what the Company choose when registering you for TR. You will only have access to TR if the Company has registered you as an End-User and you have received a confirmation of your registration, with a registration number and which date(s) you have access to TR.
You alone have the right to participate at TR when registered, and you may not share your access to TR with any other person. Any such sharing will constitute a breach of these ToU and will entitle Rentforum to terminate your access to TR.

3 Content of TR
You should be aware that Rentforum is not responsible for the completeness or accuracy of anything presented at TR, or for the results obtained by using what is learned through your participation at TR. Always check the original publications, books, guidelines, and standards as of which are referred to during TR.
4 Feedback
If you provide Rentforum with feedback or ideas regarding TR or other aspects of Rentforum operations, you understand that Rentforum may use the information provided without any obligation to compensate you for them. You grant Rentforum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, modify, adapt, publish, perform, or derive new works from the feedback as Rentforum choose.
5 Suspension to the participation at TR
Rentforum may suspend your right to access or use any portion or all of TR immediately upon notice to you if Rentforum determines:
(a) that your participation at TR of or registration for TR (i) poses a security risk to Rentforum, Rentforum’s suppliers, TR or any third party, (ii) may subject Rentforum or Rentforum’s suppliers or any third party to liability, (iv) may be fraudulent, or (v) Rentforum has reason to believe that your access to TR is being shared with another employee or any other individual; or
(b) you are in breach of these ToU.
If Rentforum becomes aware of any violation of your obligations under these ToU, Rentforum is entitled to immediately suspend or terminate your access to TR.
6 Intellectual Property Rights
TR may be protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. Any such intellectual property rights remain Rentforum’s property or the property of Rentforum’s licensors or licensees. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are owned by Rentforum and/or Rentforum’s licensors (as the case may be). Rentforum or Rentforum’s suppliers reserves all right, title, and interest in and to TR.
You may not copy, alter, distribute, display, license, modify or reproduce, reverse assemble, reverse compile (whether digitally, electronically, by linking, or in hard copy or by any means whatsoever) or use any of intellectual property contained at TR without having entered into an agreement with Rentforum or Rentforum’s licensors regulating the right to use such rights, or as may be entitled to under applicable legislation.
7 Miscellaneous
Rentforum shall be entitled to modify these ToU by posting a revised version of these ToU on the Site, or notifying you via your provided e-mail address. The modified ToU will become effective 7 (seven) days after being stated in the posting or in the email message. By participating at TR after the effective date of any modifications to these ToU, you agree to be bound by the modified ToU.
