Allmänna frågor

Tema Renrum 2026 pågår under 2 dagar, 24 – 25 november 2026.

Evenemanget arrangeras på på Scandic InfraCity i Upplands Väsby, Stockholm.

Observera att det inte går att delta digitalt, dvs. det går endast att delta på plats under Tema Renrum 2026.

Ni anmäler er till Tema Renrum 2026 genom att fylla i formuläret på sidan
Anmälan och Priser där ni även ser priserna.

  • Tillträde till alla föreläsningar
  • Tillträde till utställningen – träffa branschens leverantörer!
  • Mingel i utställningen, tisdagen 24/11 efter sista föreläsningen, med buffé och dryck
  • Lunch
  • Fika
  • Digitalt kursmaterial (pdf)

Ni anmäler er som vanligt genom att fylla i formuläret på Anmälan och Priser och anger där namn och e-postadress för de deltagare som ni vet ska komma. 

Om ni inte har namn på en/flera av era deltagare än så kan ni kryssa i rutan “Send name later (before Nov 12)” OBS! Endast möjligt vid anmälan före den 24 oktober 2026

Därefter behöver ni bara skicka uppgifterna (namn+epost) tillsammans med numret på er orderbekräftelse till tr@rentforum.se före den 12 november 2026.

 

Bra att veta: Om ni skickar uppgifterna efter 11 november tillkommer en administrativ kostnad på SEK 500:- exkl. moms per deltagare, samt att vi inte då kan garantera att önskemål om specialkost går att ordna, men vi gör såklart vårt bästa!

Om ni behöver en offert till ert inköpssystem, vänligen fyll i formuläret på https://www.rentforum.se/tema-renrum/anmalan/ och skriv i kommentarsfältet att ni behöver en offert. Då skickar vi en offert som ni kan lägga in i ert inköpssystem, och när vi därefter får en inköpsanmodan/inköpsorder från er så skickar vi en orderbekräftelse till er.

Vad kul att ni funderar på att skicka fler!
 
Om ni vill anmäla fler än 3 personer så gäller samma rabatter* utifrån våra villkor, dvs. att ni anmäler alla deltagare vid samma tillfälle, och får boka-tidigt-rabatter* om ni anmäler före en boka-tidigt-rabatt. 
 
Nedan följer exempel på om ni skulle anmäla fler än 3 personer:
 
Person 1: Ordinarie pris (reducerat med eventuell boka-tidigt-rabatt*)
Person 2: Ordinarie pris (reducerat med eventuell boka-tidigt-rabatt*)
Person 3: Går utan kostnad*
Person 4: Ordinarie pris (reducerat med eventuell boka-tidigt-rabatt*)

Vissa verksamheter skickar 10-tals personer och får då även de rabatt enligt samma rabatt-struktur. 
 
Ett sista förtydligande: Det är alltid den lägsta deltagaravgiften som dras bort.
 

Om ni gärna får en offert för att få svart på vitt vad det blir i slutändan, vänligen fyll i formuläret på https://www.rentforum.se/tema-renrum/anmalan/ och skriv i kommentarsfältet att ni behöver en offert. Då skickar vi en offert som ni får ge ett slutgiltigt OK på innan vi skickar orderbekräftelsen.

Behöver ni en offert innan ni får en orderbekräftelse så skriver ni det i kommentarsfältet vid anmälan (om ni tex behöver skapa en inköpsanmodan för att få fram ett PO)

Tyvärr är anmälan på plats inte möjligt, så vi ber er att anmäla er i god tid – Sista dagen för anmälan är 11 november 2026, med reservation för fullbokning.

Tema Renrum är endast ett fysiskt evenemang (på Scandic Infra City), så dessvärre går det inte att delta digitalt på Tema Renrum.

Boende ingår inte i kursavgiften utan bokas och betalas separat av respektive kursdeltagare.

Förra året blev evenemanget fullbokat, så vi rekommendera att ni anmäler er så tidigt som möjligt för att säkra er plats. Anmäl antal om ni inte har namn just nu, så har ni garanterade platser (tänk på att anmälan är bindande och inte går att avboka)

Vi kommer att försöka meddela på anmälningssidan när det blir fullbokat, men skulle det mot förmodan bli fullbokat under tiden som ni håller på att registrera er för Tema Renrum 2026, så meddelar vi er om att det blivit fullbokat via mail, och frågar om ni vill hamna på en väntelista.

Om det sedan skulle uppstå en möjlighet för oss att ta emot anmälningar igen så hör vi av oss i tur och ordning till de som är på väntelistan, som då får ta ställning till ett deltagande.

Frågor inför ditt deltagande

Meddela behov av specialkost/allergier etc. genom att (så snart som möjligt) fylla i formuläret inne på Participant information sidan – logga in med lösenordet du fått i informationsmailet med ditt biljettnummer från tr@rentforum.se

Korta svaret är: Nej

Det är bara att hänga med under programmet på tisdagen och vips är du på Minglet i utställningen efter sista föreläsningen på tisdagen (då Minglet ingår i din deltagaravgift). På Minglet bjuder vi på mat och dryck, och du har tid att nätverka och göra klart tipsrundan, så avsätt gärna tid för att stanna kvar.

Om du däremot av någon anledning inte kan var med på Minglet så får du gärna meddela oss före den 12 november, så att vi kan minska matsvinnet och därmed minska vår miljöpåverkan.

Är du osäker på om du kan eller inte? Då behöver du inte meddela oss det, så hoppas vi att du kommer att kunna vara med!

En anmälan till Tema Renrum är bindande och går dessvärre inte att avboka, – Läs våra fullständiga villkor för mer information

Före den 12 november 2026 så kan ni däremot ändra deltagare utan extra kostnad* om det behövs, vänligen maila oss på tr@rentforum.se och meddela namn och epost för ny(a) deltagare, samt vilken (vilka) deltagare som ska ersättas. Dock kan ni inte dela upp en deltagaravgift på olika personer eller dagar, då 1 deltagaravgift gäller för 1 person, läs mer i våra villkor

 

* Se fullständiga villkor för mer information. Vid ändring fr.o.m. 12 november 2026 utgår en administrativ avgift på SEK 500:- exkl. moms per ändrad deltagare.

Anmälan är bunden till respektive deltagare och kan inte delas upp mellan olika personer eller dagar (läs mer i våra villkor, samt i informationsmailet med biljett du mottagit).

Vid anmälan ska du ha fått ett bekräftelsemail direkt efter anmälan (inom 1 timme), och sedan en orderbekräftelse inom 20 arbetsdagar.

För att komma till Tema Renrum 2026 med kollektivtrafik kan du ta

  • Pendeltåg till Rotebro station eller Upplands Väsby från Stockholm Central eller Arlanda, därefter buss sista biten. Läs mer på SL.se eller om ni reser från Uppsala se ul.se
  • Kostnadsfri shuttlebus som går mellan Bredden (området där Scandic Infra City ligger) och Rotebro Station (pendeltåg) under arbetsdagar.

På grund av GDPR så kan vi dessvärre inte dela ut några deltagarlistor.

Det stämmer – Enbart digitalt kursmaterial ingår då vi vill minska på vår miljöpåverkan i den mån det går.

Om du trots allt vill ha en fysisk kopia av kompendiet på Tema Renrum 2026 så behöver du ladda ner och själv skriva ut kompendiet innan du anländer till evenemanget. 

Eventuella tillägg/ändringar till kursmaterialet, som föreläsarna gör i samband med evenemanget, kommer att läggas upp i efterhand via samma länk.

 

När du är anmäld så kommer du att få en länk via mail* till sidan där kompendiet finns att läsa/ladda ner/skriva ut. 

När du laddat ner kompendiet kan du skriva ut det om du önskar och ta med på Tema Renrum.

OBS! Det kommer inte att delas ut något kursmaterial eller kompendium på evenemanget, så glöm inte att skriva ut innan du kommer till Tema Renrum om du vill ha det i pappersform.

Tema Renrum 2026 takes place during 2 days, November 24 – 25, 2026 at Scandic Infra City in Upplands Väsby, Stockholm, Sweden. 

Please note that it is not possible to participate digitally, i.e. it is only possible to participate on site during the Tema Renrum 2026.

You register for Tema Renrum 2026 by filling in the form on the page Anmälan & Priser | Registration & Pricing where you can also see the prices.

  • Access to all the Presentations
  • Access to the Exhibition – meet the industry suppliers!
  • The Mingle in the exhibition, on Tuesday the 24th after the last presentation, with food and drink.
  • Lunch
  • “Fika” (coffee/tea/sweets)
  • Digital hand-outs (pdf)
  • Course certificate

You register to the event by filling in the form on Registration & Pricing and entering the names and e-mail addresses of the participants that you know will be attending.

If you do not know name(s) of one/several participant(s), you tick the box “Send name later (before Nov 12)” NOTE! Only possible when registering before October 24, 2026

After that, you only need to send the information (name+email) together with the number on your order confirmation to tr@rentforum.se prior November 12th, 2026.

Good to know: If you send the information after November 11th 2026, there will be an administrative cost of SEK 500:- excl. VAT per participant, and we cannot guarantee that special dietary requests can be arranged, but we will of course do our best!

The short answer is no, you cannot, not even short visits. 
Only paying participants and paying exhibitor representatives may visit the exhibition at Tema Renrum, see our Registration page to register and read more about our prices and conditions.

Unfortunetely no you cannot

Registration for Tema Renrum 2026 is only open until November 11th 2026 – Please read more and register here in good time since it can become fully booked!

This means that you will need to register prior November 12th 2026 to be able to enter the event. 

Tema Renrum is only a physical event (at Scandic Infra City), so unfortunately it is not possible to participate digitally.

Accommodation is not included in the participation fee, but is booked and paid for separately by the participants.
 

Last year the event became fully booked, so we recommend you to register as soon as possible to secure your participation. Register number of participants now if you do not yet have names of your participants to guarantee seats (but do remember that a registration for Tema Renrum is non-cancellable)

We will try to notify you on the registration page when it is fully booked, but should it be fully booked during the time you are registering for Tema Renrum 2026, we will notify you that it has been fully booked via email, and ask if you want placed on a waiting list.

If an opportunity should then arise for us to accept registrations again, we will contact those on the waiting list in turn, who will then have to decide whether to participate.

Questions prior to your participation

Registration opens at 09:00 on Tuesday November 24th.

The first presentation starts at 10 a.m., but we recommend that you arrive earlier as there may be a queue for the registration (as well as giving you time to eat a sandwich and drink some coffee before everything starts)

 

Please have your reference number ready so everything goes more smoothly!

Please notify us of any special dietary needs/allergies etc. by (as soon as possible) filling out the form on the Participant information page – log in with the password you received in the information email from tr@rentforum.se where your confirmation letter was attached

The short answer is: No
 
All you have to do is keep up with the program on Tuesday and suddenly you are at Minglet in the exhibition after the last presentation on Tuesday (as Minglet is included in your participation fee). At Minglet we offer food and drink, and you have time to network and finish the quiz walk (Tipsrundan), so please make time to stay.
 
If, however, for some reason you cannot attend Minglet, please let us know before November 12th, so that we can reduce food waste and thereby reduce our environmental impact.
 
Not sure if you can attend or not? Then you don’t need to let us know, and we hope you will be able to join us!

A registration for Tema Renrum is binding and unfortunately cannot be cancelled, – Read our full terms and conditions for more information

Before November 12, 2026, however, you can change participants without extra cost* if necessary, please email us at tr@rentforum.se and let us know the name and email of the new participant(s), as well as which participant(s) are to be replaced. Please note that a participation fee cannot be divided between different persons/days, which means that 1 participation fee is for 1 person.

 

* Read our full terms and conditions for more information. In the event of a change of participant(s) after November 12th 2026, an administrative fee of SEK 500 excluding VAT per changed participant is applied and invoiced.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, as your colleague must register separately, read more on our registration page
 
 
A registration is personal and bound to each participant, and cannot therefore be divided between different people or days (read more in our terms and conditions, as well as in your confirmation letter you received).

When registering, you should have received a confirmation email immediately after registration, and then an order confirmation within 20 working days.

Yes!

Registration is staffed throughout the event, so arriving later than 10am is fine.
 
The same applies if you are only going to participate on Wednesday
and cannot arrive until after 8.30.

To get to Tema Renrum 2026 by public transport, you can take

 

  • Commuter train to Rotebro station or Upplands Väsby from Stockholm Central or Arlanda, then bus for the last part. Read more at SL.se or if you are traveling from Uppsala see ul.se
  • Free shuttle bus that runs between Bredden (the area where Scandic InfraCity is located) and Rotebro Station (commuter train) during working days.

To plan the journey by public transport to Scandic InfraCity in the easiest way, use SL’s journey planner. If you are traveling from Uppsala, you can take the shuttle – for more information, visit ul.se.

 

Unfortunately, due to GDPR, we cannot hand out any participant lists.

That’s right – Only digital hand-outs are included as we want to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible.
 
If you still want a physical copy of the compendium at Tema Renrum 2026, you need to download and print the compendium yourself before you arrive at the event.
 
Any additions/changes to the course material, which the lecturers make in connection with the event, will be posted afterwards via the same link.
The “Kompendium” will be uploaded on a participation information page, and you will be able to log in with the password we sent in connection with the information email with ticket number you have received.
 
You can download the hand-outs by clicking on the arrow in the lower right corner of the pdf-reader on the Kompendium page*.
 
When you have downloaded the Kompendium, you can print it and bring it with you to Tema Renrum if you wish.
 
ATTENTION! No hand-outs or Kompendium will be distributed at the event, so don’t forget to print it before coming to Tema Renrum if you want it in physical form.
